Lucas Dai Pra and Natallie Avitia have spent years cooking along the California coast, guided by a deep reverence for seasonal ingredients and the landscapes that inspire their cuisine. That journey took them through the kitchens of Joshua Skenes, Dave Beran, Aitor Zabala, and Dominique Crenn, before landing them in Mendocino, where they were moved to launch Petite Percebes, a collective expression of their creativity together.

We were honored to welcome them into the Troubadour kitchen in October 2025 for a celebration of everything they've built.
