Juliana Thorpe and Ignacio "Nacho" Zuzulich built their partnership in some of the world's most influential kitchens, among them the two Michelin-starred Mugaritz in Spain and The Restaurant at Meadowood. Today the husband-and-wife duo serve as Co-Executive Chefs at The Lodge at Dawn Ranch just down the road from us in Guerneville, where they are rethinking California cuisine through their South American heritage.
On July 19, they brought it to Healdsburg. Forces combined with Chef Sean and the Troubadour team for an evening where the warmth of Juliana's Brazil and the boldness of Nacho's Argentina wound their way through French bistro tradition, alongside all the incredible summer produce Sonoma has to offer us right now.
